Could you please help me on the following issue?
While trying to view submissions or asking for support, the following window pops up. Previously I didn’t have such case, I was logging in without additional requests. What is the actions that should be taken in this case? I am trying to aupload the key, which was used previously when for the first time the company was registered, but it doesn’t work.

If I understand you correctly it sounds like you might be having an issue using an encryption key to view encrypted form submissions.
Unfortunately, we do not see your provided screenshot and would request that you please visit this thread here to post it for us to view it to assist you better.
Additionally, you can also just turn of the form encryption to reset it and turn it back on if needed.
