    All of the red and lightbulb images are not supposed to be there.  Also the words are all over themselves out of whack :)

    Hello,

    I checked the revision history of the form you provided and I can't see any other version than that. I think the line spacing issue is related to the font you use. The font is coming from the theme you use.

    Please inject this CSS code to solve this issue:

    .form-header {

        line-height : 1 !important;

    }

    Here is a guide on injecting CSS to your form:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Your form should look like this:

    I can't understand the issue about the images. I think they are related to the theme also. Do you want us to remove them?

    Thank you very much.

    Thank you for your response Seth.
    This issue is sudden; a few days ago our form was “Normal” and did not have the red block with the light bulb! I feel like we have been hacked :(
    Our form was only a single color rectangle (light organge, as seen in the area below the invasive orange block) with a background image on white.
    We are anxious to get this back to normal.
    Kindly,

    There is no way to hack your form unless you share your account password to someone. You may check the form revision history and revert the form to the previous working version by following the steps provided in the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

    Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

    I’m sorry, but that didn’t work. It’s like the code has been change to bring up the graphics and color changes at the top of the form no matter how many revisions back I look. Again these are not changes we made here. It was fine just a few days ago. No one else has the password.

    Our apologies for this inconvenience. Did you load your form in the form designer recently? Doing so will reset some of your form styles considering that the original version of your form was just cloned from the form templates page.

    There were also updates made to the default theme to correct some issues. I think your theme was affected by this. Note that part of your form style depends on the default theme.

    Please open your form in the form designer to correct them or simply inject this CSS codes to your form to make the page background fixed and to correct the heading text as also suggested by my colleague.

    .supernova {

        background-repeat: no-repeat;

        background-size: cover;

        background-attachment: fixed;

        background-position: center top;

    }

    .form-header {

        line-height: 1.2 !important;

    }

    If you need further assistance, let us know. We'd be happy to help.

    Regards!

    Thank you. I tried putting in the codes. The only alteration i saw after saving and reloading the page was that my background image was one solid image rather than a repeating image from the previous.
    It appears to me like the light bulb images/red colors that are not supposed to be there are like an overlay or highlight, like what happens when I select parts of a document. My happy sun (below) will show the square (white) outline of the original image.

    I'm sorry but I have a hard time figuring out how the form should work, so I assume that you have a problem with this part of the form right:

    So please tell us what would you like to be removed from there and what should remain?

    Thank you!

    Okay, thank you.
    The red boxes are not supposed to be there. The lightbulb graphics are not supposed to be there. The entire form should be the same medium orange as the bottom of the form. The sun graphic was where it is know, but no white was showing, just medium orange.
    The words are out of proportion a bit as well. It seems to me those boxes are laying on top of the form :)

    Hello,

    I tried to remove the header images but I can't achieve that from the builder or Advanced Designer. Hence, I am escalating the issue to our developers. We will investigate the issue and turn back to you with the results.

    Thank you very much.

    Hello again,

    The issue was related to an update about themes. Your form has broken with this update. We have removed the Heading colour and background image. Please have a look at your form and turn back to us with your thoughts.

    Besides all, I can't understand the issue with your logo. You stated that your logo has a transperant background but when I check the image source, it is not like that. Please upload again the logo if you want a transparent background on it.

    Thank you very much.
