How to position the fields on the form?

When looking at the help steps for merging fields to the same line eg . 

Name .......    Company ......

Email .........    Contact name...... 

I noticed that there was a tool bar at the top, and also far more options than when right clicking on the field. I assume this is a general occurance? but was hoping you would be able to offer a solution in what I can do to get these options to show.

The toolbar that you are referring to the JotForm builder version 3. Our builder has been upgraded to 4 recently bundled with a lot of advanced features. You may go through this guide to see what's new in version 4.
