Hi, I'm having this issue where the "powered by jotform" centered text is showing at the bottom of most of my forms even when I'm on the Bronze plan. I've verified that the Jotform Footer is indeed unchecked in my settings. The footer seems to be different than the text that is showing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
I've checked your account and could see you already unchecked the JotForm Footer. Here:
Also, I have opened your form and I did not see any footer on your form and the thank you page. As you can see below screenshots:
I think you removed it. If the issue still persists, please provide us form ID that you have trouble with it.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hi sorry about the duplicate question... i didn't see the other response and then I couldn't find a way to cancel/delete this question after i saw it.
Yes, I was able to remove it but had to do so manually within the form builder (image below).
But it appears that the text is still on a lot of my existing forms. If you access my account and check the form titled "Waiting Families", you'll see that it still has that text. It appears to be rather random, which forms have that text and which do not.
Is there a way to remove the text across all forms or would i need to manually remove them one by one?

It looks like it was a caching issue. I was initially able to see the footer on the form you referenced but after clearing your forms cache, it is no longer displayed.
Check the form to see if it still shows on your end:

Let us know if it does and we will take another look.
