My account got autosuspended

    I tried to reset my password on my account and it is now displaying a 'Account Auto-Suspended' message and is not allowing me to access it. I have also tried to click 'reset my password' but I do not receive the email. 

    Please could you advise me on what to do in order to get into my account?

    I checked your account and found that it's autosuspended, because your form "Event Feedback Formb" is collecting passwords, in violation of our terms of use.

    If you accept our terms, and grant us permission to remove the offending field/form, we may consider re-activating your account.
