The .us domain is not working for some users. How to make the .com default for forms?

JotForm provides us with a .us extension as the default for our forms but I heard from a user they weren't able to reach the form.jotform.us's server DNS address (error message DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN). However, all of the JotForms we now make have https://form.jotform.us as the structure for sharing the JotForm.

Is there a setting I can change so the shareable links are all .coms?

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm afraid to say that there is no option or setting that can be used to automatically change the default links of your forms from .us to .com.

What I would suggest is to try logging in to https://www.jotform.com and cloned your form in your account while being logged into that domain.

    Hope this helps.
    Regards.

We're always logged into the .com account. I've also noticed some forms generate as https://form.jotformpro.com/form/ - what accounts for the differences in these shareable links?

Changing the form URL might give your users an error so use what the form builder provides you. The error is not on the form but to the user's computer/browser. Give your users the following article that would help them fix the DNS error:
