How can I remove the paypal integration from this form?

    The multiple choice drop downs are perfect for what I need, but I dont want payment options - just a simple order form.

    In the form you provided (https://form.jotform.co/70572217210849) I found Purchase order integration and not PayPal.

    Did you have some other form in mind?
