The folder for olivadi gift Card was deleted by an employee. I have restored it, but previously reset the link on Jotform and I don't know if it is working. I tried to do a test, but it won't go thru because it requires a credit card. Can you see if it links properly and will save the form there?

I have tested this on my end, following the steps you described, I can see if you re-integrate your form with Dropbox keeping the same folder as the original one it should still send the files to this folder.
If the files were deleted then you would need to edit the submission to resend the files and submission report.
