I am trying to downgrade my plan, and online seems to only give me the option of canceling my account.
I want to keep my account, just downgrade to the free plan.

Hello Shelly,
Clicking on the button will cancel your subscription and not the account.
Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your bronze monthly subscription. You will not be billed again but your account will stay bronze until May 21, 2017 for the time you have already paid. After this date your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
