    Date not showing up in email notification

    I had to change a form I had been using and now the date does not come through in the email notification to my client - although it can be seen when I look at the submissions. What do I have wrong?

    The date field names in the form Notification Email were using the wrong field name.

    To fix, click on the field name in Form Fields dropdown to add the field. Just remove the old/wrong field name.

    Save the email template and the form. 

    New submission email should now have the data for those Date field in the email.

    Let us know if this did not resolve the issue.
