In order to accomplish that, you would need to setup an email notification within your form

    Sorry, Not there yet.

    Re-state question as follows:

Before or while completeing form someone has a question they want to ask.

Withing the form, can I provide a link to my email for them to ask a question without them completing the form?

Maybe I need a seperate box saying "Enter Questions Here" with a second submit button?

I think you can make a clickable link using the Free Text HTML tool

This can be found under the Power Tools section

Click on the tool you have just added then click the HTML button in the toolbar to bring up a text area in which you can paste custom HTML codes

Here it is the custom HTML code I have pasted on that area for my example :

    <A HREF="mailto:jotform@interlogy.com"&subject:Question">Email-me!</A>

I hope you find helpful this workaround

    Cheers!

    Cheers!

    NOTE 2:

You can also setup the same code into the body of an autoresponder as a clickable link

    =)
