I was receiving email response from recipients now I have to go into the JotForms to find out who is responding. do I need to change a setting?

    I checked your email history and found that your email address landed in our bounce list. The inclusion to the bounce list happens when the mail server of the email address rejects the emails sent by JotForm. 

    However, I noticed that your past 4 email alerts appear to have been sent successfully so I believe you or a colleague may have resolved the issue already.
