Received an email indicating API Limited was reached

    I got the following error message. 

    It seems like you have reached your API limit. FREE accounts are limited to 1,000 requests per day and you have used 1,000 requests today. Your API Key (e08bf0...d3acc0) has been disabled for the rest of the day. Since we understand that it can be an inconvenience to have your access stop working because you have reached your API limit, we'd like to remind you that you can upgrade and your API key will be running smoothly again.

    However, I have no NO, (ZERO) inquiries on my form. How does it get maxed out at 1,000 when not one inquiry has been made this month? Is this just a scam you send out to everyone using the service to get them to upgrade to their plan? Or is it a legit error?

    Dear Neil,

    We're really sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    We had a problem in our system on this weekend. Unfortunately, an automatic email that you have received has been sent automatically to some of our users accidentally.

    After our DevOps team handled the problem and fixed the issues. However, you had received the email accidentally that we couldn't take it back.
