Hi Support,
I'm trying to find a way to validate form contents within a Jotform. I've searched your help pages and its referring to what looks like an older version of Jotforms.
Has it moved? if so, can you tell me how to do this please.
For clarity, what I want to do is ensure that data entered into a form is only numerical and restricted to 9 digits.
Many thanks
Sam

Hello,
There are fields that have mask properties under their question properties like phone field and short text entry field:
Here is a demo form that has two phone fields where former one has no input mask while the later has:

You can clone this form and inspect it. Here is a guide on cloning:

Besides that, you can add a mask to a field using conditions. Here is a guide about it:
If you need further help, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
All the best.
