The pop-up says we need to upgrade now because we are almost out of form views but we upgraded to the $190/year plan that is supposed to have 10,000 form views. Am I missing something? I know we couldn't have possibly viewed the forms 10,000 times.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I checked your account/username and I found that your Form Views was not properly refreshed.
So I manually refreshed and it is now showing the correct Form Views count.
You should not be getting the pop up alert by now.
Let us know if issue still persist.
