I am trying to switch from PayPal to Square, but am having some trouble. I deleted the PayPal payment box and added the Square one, logged into my account (which is functioning properly), selected my business, and entered the product (a retainer payment - only one option). The credit card information area remains grayed out, and when I tested it through my website, it would not allow me to make a payment. I was told it was an SSL issue, so I called my host and they fixed that issue. The payment processor is still not working. I currently have it switched back to PayPal because I need to be able to use my contract. What am I missing?

I was not able to check the form embedded on the web page since it is password protected. However, I have checked the form https://www.jotform.us/form/40624858292158 and see that it is still having PayPal payment field which is not having a PayPal email in the wizard. If you are referring to the other form in your account, I see that the credit card field is displaying normally without any issue.
Were you able to fix the issue? Also, please be noted that if you are already having some submissions that are receiving with PayPal and then change the payment gateway, the information with the old payment field will be deleted when the field is removed from the form. If you need to have this information saved, you may clone the form to your account and then change the payment gateway.

instead. It's the Square field that isn't working, but as I said, I can't
leave the non-functioning Square filed in the form when I have clients
using the form. I just want to know how to integrate a Square payment
field into the form without the problems that I've been having.
