Forms are not being integrated into my account nor am I receiving email notifications

    I'm a new consultant with The Franchise Consulting Company (FCC).

    FCC uses jotform.com for clients to submit Confidential Questionnaires (CQ).

    When a client submits a CQ, the CQ info should be integrated with the FCC's Vanilla Soft (VS) program.

    Also, the consultant should receive an email from jotform.com notifying a client has submitted a CQ and the actual CQ is attached to the email.

    CQs my clients have submitted have not been integrated into my account at VS, nor am I receiving email notifications.

    Can someone please help me?

    Unfortunately, there is no direct integration available with Vanilla Soft. However, it may be possible to integrate them using the API/webhooks. If you can provide us with the form ID/URL that you are experiencing the issue so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
