Can't seem to figure out a formula.

    Here's my problem:

    I have three fields:

    1) What group will be attending this meeting?

    2) Area Breakouts

    3) Region Breakouts

Within them, I have values assigned to specific groups.

    Below them is a field:

How many people will be attending this meeting?

In this field I need to populate it with the all the lesser values being added together and getting a final total.

i.e.: in What group will be attending this meeting? DXS AE and DXS FAS is clicked. Each with a total number of attendees being 76 and 65 respectively.

in Area Breakouts, the Area Business Meeting - Central and Area Business Meeting - West, is ticked, with values of 25 and 30 respectively.

In the field How many people will be attending this meeting? I need it to recognize the lesser values of 25 and 30 ( and NOT the 76 and 65 which were also ticked) and add them up to get a total of 55.

If the groups weren't broken up into "Area" or "Region", I need the field How many people will be attending this meeting? to be populated by the total of just the What group will be attending this meeting? field.

I have a form calculation widget associated with the How many people will be attending this meeting? field. But I can't figure out what calculation formula I need to put in there.

    Any help is extremely appreciated.

Allow me some more time to figure out the correct formula needed for your form requirement.

I will get back to you as soon as I have update on this.

    Thank you.
