Signature image not showing in email confirmation

    Hi,

    The signature image is not coming through. I checked the email settings and all looks good but the signature is not coming through.

    one other thing. the signature is showing up in the pdf file but not in the email.

    I cloned your form (https://form.jotform.us/71145575519158) and I wasn't able to replicate the issue you are having. I am able to view the signature image on my email when I submitted the form.

    If the issue still persists, please make sure that your email client allows images on emails. Some images is being filtered or blocked on some email clients.
