A photo that was uploaded in one of my applications has disappeared. Under submission, i click on it and it says that either the file is no longer available or was deleted. I did not do that. I have the e-mail I received when she applied and it show the photo. So it was uploaded, I looked at it then. It has disappeared now form their application.

I have checked the link to your website and I have not found a form embedded in it.
May we know which form in your account are you having issues with, please?
Can you also provide us the submission ID of the submission that has a missing uploaded file?
If possible, can you provide us the link that gives you the error message that file is no longer available or was deleted?
Also, do you happen to know if that particular submission was submitted using a mobile device or just the web browser in a computer?
Any other information that you think would help us pinpoint the issue would be greatly appreciated.
