I am looking to create a question that asks the respondent to rank from a list of 9 factors whereby each factor is given a ranking?

    Each factor to be ranked from 1-9 and each value to be used only once (creating a true 1-9 hierarchy).  Can't find this option in the widgets.

    I am not sure if I understand your concern.

    Could you please elaborate it further, for our better understanding, so we can guide you ?

    Ian,
    I would like to pose the following question on a survey but I can not find a widget that allows question to be posed in this manner;
    Thinking about your current UCATS donation level, please rank the following factors on their importance in contributing to your decision to donate at your current level. A ranking of 1 means that factor is the most important and a ranking of 10 means that factor is the least important. (Please rank the responses from 1 to 10, using each number only once.)
    ___Opportunity to purchase preferred seating in men’s basketball
    ___Opportunity to improve men’s basketball and/or football season tickets
    ___Opportunity to purchase preferred seating in football
    ___ Ability to get preferred parking
    ___Opportunity to purchase away game and post-season tickets
    ___ Invitation to special events
    ___Complimentary subscription to Bearcats Sports Digest
    ___Investment in UC student-athletes’ scholarships
    ___Loyalty and pride in the University of Cincinnati
    Ian, also is is possible in designing a question that I can alter the font type (bold, italics, color, etc.) as in the example above. Right now I am restricted to a single color and type.

    Thank you for the additional information. If I'm understanding your concern correctly, I believe what you need to have in your form is our Orderable List widget
