I pay $9.95 per month but it says I am a free account?

    Hi I initially had the free account as a trial. I upgraded the account and my first payment was made on June 20, 2012. The next payment is scheduled to come out on July 20, 2012. 

    I just received an email saying that my "account has already reached 10 payments per month this month. Free accounts are limited to 10 payments per month. Your forums will automatically be disabled once you reach your allocated quota."


    Why am I receiving this message? Please do not turn my forums off because I have paid for this service.

    Please solve this issue asap. I cannot have my forum turning off. I am selling the largest bridal show in cincinnati and have many people purchasing tickets (which I am able to sell because of my great Jotform) and cannot have it shut down for even one minute.


    Let me know what is going on as soon as possible.

    I've just checked your account and it has been successfully upgraded to premium. Can you please log out and log back in to your account?

    Yes I resigned up after I sent that email. I didn't want to miss
    any submissions. I just want to make sure there aren't two accounts that I am paying for.
