Can't log in and you lost my account

    I have been using your forms for a while. I cannot log in now and when I enter my email address, it says there is no email address contact.

    Hey Rose,

    It seems that you are using JotForm as a guest. It means that you didn't create a free account. So you can't log in. You just need to create a free account using the same email address you entered above and your forms will be automatically transferred to your new account.
