Why my plan has been downgraded?

    I just already upgrade to Bronze 19$/month I pay from paypal

    JotForm bronze monthly
    The exchange rate for this purchase is 1 IDR = 0,000072317USD
    $19,00 USD for each month


    and now my plan down to free plan. can you explain that????

    We are sorry for the inconvenience you have encountered. When I checked your account, I found that your previous subscription was in our older storage plan. When you upgraded your account to the monthly bronze plan, your older subscription was still active. As this process is perceived as the double subscription, your newer plan cannot be activated. Even one of my colleagues has sent you an email about this topic.

    From now on, I see that you have already cancelled your older plan. As this reason, I have upgraded your account to the monthly bronze plan.
