Hi, I have a form listing volunteer groups which members can join and specify interest either as a team member (option A) or leader (option B). Due to our closing date for leader interest, I need to modify the form to disable/remove option B from the public form. Though we don't want users to select B, I wish to retain the existing B data for our committee's online reference.
Is there a way to hide option B and not delete the data in the background? There is a possibility that I will be asked to add the leader option back during the next round of recruitment. I thought of cloning the original form with option A only, but we need all of the submissions in one centralized report. Thanks!

Removing a question will remove the data from your submissions. But that's not true for removing an option from a question. You can remove an option from a form question and that option will still show up on the reports. The data will not be deleted. So, you can safely remove the option B from the question.
