How do I activate the PayPal feature on my registration form?

    I've used the PayPal widget, but I cannot get it active when I preview/publish the form. I'm sure I'm missing a simple setting somewhere.

    I checked your form and it looks to be set up correctly to be able to receive payments.  The payment field shows up when I view the form:
