The following forms were created by our Sub User (Kate Bryant), having the folder selected before selecting Create Form. Each of these forms were not added to the selected folder. Furthermore, I cannot see them in my Master account.
Could you please move them into the HR folder
Also please look into why the forms are not visible to me.

You are unable to see all these forms in your account because these form are actually created in sub-user account.
Unfortunately we will not be able to move these forms to your account without the form owner's consent. Please ask user "katebryant" to send us a message to transfer forms to your account and we will do the needful. Alternatively, sub-user account can move his form to shared folder. I have moved the three (3) forms you mentioned, from account "katebryant" to account "WheatonCollegeForms" as per your request.
