What happens after we reach 10 payment submissions with Free accounts?

On the Free plan, what happens when we've reached our maximum payments (10, is it?). Does the form simply stop accepting payments? Are we automatically upgraded and charged? Are we notified when we're close to our max? 

When you reach the 10 payment submissions, your Free account would go into the overlimit status, and your form will no longer be accepting submissions/payments.

Please note that you won't be automatically upgraded and charged.
