Hi there, Attention Mike. I tried to reply to an answer on a previous thread but it says it failed because of spam check. My welcome message from mailchimp does not show up only this subscribe notice. Can anyone help?Page URL:

I can see that you have already opened a thread with the same issue here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1129787. When you tried to answer the previous thread but it says it is failed due to spam check, it is because your browser session has been expired, so you need to re-login to your JotForm account to properly post the reply.
Regarding the Final Welcome Email, have you tried the steps provided in this link on the Welcome Final Email in Mailchimp? http://kb.mailchimp.com/lists/signup-forms/enable-or-disable-final-welcome-email
