Getting Hit with Spam

    We just got hit with a bunch of phony submissions, which has put us over our limit and shut down our account. Would it be possible to get these deleted and our account back up and running? We have turned on the captcha option so this doesn't happen in the future.

    I checked your account and it looks to have been downgraded back to a Free account.  I see an attempt to upgrade to Silver that failed due to the credit card being declined that may have caused it.  Your account is significantly over limit for a Free account, not due to spam submissions.

    If you were trying to upgrade to Silver, doing so now would put your account back well within its limits.  If there is something I am missing, let us know and we will look into this further.
