    Bounce List

    One of my users is being placed on a bounce list.  Her email is correct in the user list so I am not sure why this is happening.  As a result of this, she is not getting submissions emailed to her.

    Hello,

    The reasons why an email address is in bounce can be many, but if the email is in the bounce list it simply means that your server is rejecting the emails (either all, some, or under specific circumstances).

    You are able to set up alert to prevent your email addresses in bounced and also to remove your email address from bounce list, please follow these guides:

    In addition to setting notifications in that way, it would be good to contact your IT department or email provider and ask them to whitelist our sender IPs and addresses, as described in the following guide:
