I have set up required fields in my config lists so submission is not possible without these fields being filled.  The problem is no error comes to screen - i do think i see a error message blip up for a second at the bottom of the screen but it does not stay which means the user does not know what the error is

    Please help

I cloned your form and I noticed that the field is not set as Required. Please enable the Required feature to fix the issue. Here's how:

    1. Login to your account and open your form.
    2. Select the field and click the Properties button.
    3. In the General tab, scroll down and enable the Required feature.

Hope that helps. If you have questions, please contact us again. Thank you.

    HI

I have made all fields required.  If I do not select an entry in the drop down list (i,e leave it on the blank) I am now not permitted to move on but I still get no error up that points the user to this section so they currently have no idea where the error is

    What can I do?

    Thank you

I have a workaround that might just work for you.

This would require you having an additional textbox fields for each Configurable List widget in your form.

Then, you also need to define a condition for each pair that will pass the value of the Configurable List widget to its corresponding textbox field.

With that condition, the additional textbox field will only be filled if ALL the fields in the Configurable List widget are also filled.

Having said that, you can now create a condition that will show a warning message specifically made for a particular Configurable List widget

if its corresponding textbox field is empty.

    As for the result:

Note: You also need to hide each additional textbox field from your form.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again anytime.
