    Hi

    is it used for Arabic ?

    and can I use it as register form and save it as database in the site ( my account ) ?

    Yes you can use JotForm to create a form in Arabic.

    Creating a registration form is possible. Submissions are saved in JotForm's database and can be found if you click the Submissions button for your form.

     

    If you'd like to save it on your own site's database, you will have to create a PHP page that will dump the data to the database. You will need to set this PHP page as the Thank You URL for your form. Data sending via PHP POST should also be enabled on your form.
