Why can't I view my order form submissions?

    I am unable to view my submissions... I have received notification that there has been a submission to my form however when I open Jotform I am unable to view my list of forms or see any submissions.. I get a blank screen where my forms list used to be I have checked this in Chrome, Fire Fox and IE... Please advise.

    when I click on my forms there is nothing listed under my main tab and I am unable to click on any other tab.

    The submissions screen display perfectly fine on my end.

    I have a feeling that JavaScript is disabled on your browser. Kindly visit this site to check your browser:

    I have checked all the browsers and my Java is enabled.  I have also updated the Java any other suggestions as I am still not able to see any of my forms or submissions...

    Could you please run the following command in order to check if you can reach extjs.cachefly.net domain? You will not be able to see complete Submissions page with blocked access to that domain.

    Command:

    ping extjs.cachefly.net
