Love the idea of this site. Here's the use case I would like to see, but can't seem to find the right form or the way to do this in your system. But it seems so powerful, that I'm sure you have it, I just don't know how.
So here's my use case:
1 - user fills out form that includes text fields and an email field
2 - user receives their entries presented back to them.
3 - user receives an email of their entries to the form.
3b - user receives the entries in a docx or spreadsheet format in an email.
Can jotform do this?

We have what we call an autoresponder function. Users who fill out a form can receive an email copy of the data they have submitted.
However, we do not have a feature that allows sending the entry in docx or spreadsheet format.
Instead, you can attach a link to the PDF version of their entry in the autoresponder.
Simply copy the link below and paste it on your form's autoresponder template:
