How to prepopulate some form fields

3. I would like the person to register only once and automatically fill in the name and mail fields on the forms.

The only way around this is to use that same Thank You page redirect on your 2nd question and use the same Form URL, this time with prepopulated URL parameters.

So the workflow would be basically like this. Given that users would (and should) be connected to the internet:

1. User opens your app and sees the form

2. He fills it out and submits it

3. After submission, the user will be redirected back to that same form, only this time his name and email will be pre-populated (or pre-filled).
