In multiple versions of firefox I'm getting the following error on my form: http://frame4.agileimpact.com/find-your-bond/
The error persists no matter how I attach it to the page, whether an iframe or a script. If I instead use the wordpress embed option ([embed]https://form.jotform.us/form/70291709883162[/embed]) the error disappears, but while the "please select your role" remains, but the images below disappear:
TThis is a new and recent development, as the page didn't do this before. This is a wordpress site running Divi, but other jotform forms on the site are working just fine.
Any idea what I can do?

Can you please try also test only using your form URL https://www.jotform.us/form/70291709883162 on your Firefox browser.
Let us know if the same script error occur.
We will wait for your response.

It does, interestingly enough, bring up the same error.

Thank you for the confirmation. I also was able to see an issue with the form script when loading. It appears different on my Firefox browser, but I think what you see on your side is related to the one I am getting also.
I have elevated this thread to the higher team support so that it can be properly checked and fixed.
We will let you know here once we have news/updates on the status.

Hello, I'm sorry, but I haven't heard back at all on this- do you have any updates about what is going on?
- JotForm SupportKiranAnswered on May 08, 2017 at 12:01 PM
Unfortunately, there is no update yet on this issue. I see that one of our backend team members is looking into the issue. Rest assured, once we have received an update you'll be posted here.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hello, I just paid for the silver plan, hoping that it was a storage issue, but it didn't work. If this doesn't get fixed today, I'm going to have to take my business to somewhere else- is there any way this can get updated?
- JotForm SupportKiranAnswered on May 09, 2017 at 01:25 PM
I have cloned your JotForm and see that there are about 183 conditions set on the form which seems to be causing the slowness. Each time a field is changed on the form, the form will need to check all the conditions set for the field and display the result. I notice that there are several conditions set with more than 160 rules to display a field which takes all the browser resources to read all the fields each time a field is changed and hence causing the slowness.
Please be noted that this is not the subscription plan issue. The issue is wth the conditions on the form and form specific. The other forms in your account with fewer conditions should be working fine.
Since the issue is already forwarded to our backend team and once we have any information in this regard, we'll update you here. Please be noted that our backend team works on multiple issues as assigned and based on the priority. I see that the issue is marked as Very important and assigned to one of our team members. As soon as the investigation is completed, we'll update you with the relevant information. Meanwhile, we request you to check the conditions on the form and see if you can optimize them by minimizing the number of conditions.
We appreciate your patience in this regard.

We figured out a different way to do this that didn't involve quite so many conditions on a single form- rather making a different form for every state. Thank you for your help, but it's not necessary any more.
