The recipients for my form are the following:
When the form is submitted, the notifications only arrives to the first account listed. I tried to reset all of my domain configurations to check if there's an issue with the DNS, but all seems to be OK. Help!Page URL:

The email address firstname.lastname@example.org was not receiving notifications it was in bounce list:
I removed it from bounce list and you will be able to continue to receive email notifications. Please go ahead to view your submissions from our site, follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions.
