Is there any way for me to configure my square payment integration to receive assigned values from my form so i dont have to create products within it

Yes this is very much possible. You just nee to select User Defined Amount as the Payment Type.

You can assign Calculation widget to calculate values and then assign it as the field for the Get Price source.
