Transfer User - From FREE Tier to Subaccount on Bronze Tier

We have a bronze account that is associated with the email address cloudsubs@ache.org. We have an employee - Rjackson01 (rjackson@ache.org) - who has a free account, but we need to have her migrated to our cloudsubs@ache.org bronze account (including the form that is currently associated with her bronze account). I do not see a way to accomplish this via the administrative tools, so I am submitting this request.

WE DO NOT WANT TO LOSE THE FORM ASSOCIATED WITH THE RJACKSON01 account, we need it migrated to the cloudsubs@ache.org account (as well as the user RJACKSON01(rjackson@ache.org).

Any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

As I can understand, you want the user Rjackson01 to be under the account  jcoleache, this can be done by setting up the other as sub-user account.

Now, if you need the form under Rjackson01 to be moved to your main account jcoleache then she could just drag and drop the form under the folder with your account (jcoleache, the folder will be created under "Shared with you" section on My Forms page for the sub-user).
