We have a bronze account that is associated with the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. We have an employee - Rjackson01 (email@example.com) - who has a free account, but we need to have her migrated to our firstname.lastname@example.org bronze account (including the form that is currently associated with her bronze account). I do not see a way to accomplish this via the administrative tools, so I am submitting this request.
Any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

As I can understand, you want the user Rjackson01 to be under the account jcoleache, this can be done by setting up the other as sub-user account.
Here's a guide with detailed steps about how to do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User
Now, if you need the form under Rjackson01 to be moved to your main account jcoleache then she could just drag and drop the form under the folder with your account (jcoleache, the folder will be created under "Shared with you" section on My Forms page for the sub-user).
Here is a guide with details about how to transfer forms and ownership as well, the sub-user method is described on the third step: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account
