We are having trouble with our Team Registration Form.

     completing it, we are getting a message that says "please wait" then nothing further happens.  Can you please check and see if this is a problem with the form?

    Please let us know if the issue persist, and if it happens on a specific browser. Also, if you have embedded your form in a webpage, and the issue is reproduced there, please share the URL of the page where the form is embedded.

    The URL did not bring any video. Can you try to upload and share it through Google Drive?
