Many users of my website (www.spurlite.co.uk) use malwarebytes. Just today they are all reporting that malwarebytes it triggered whenever they try to access my site and the reason given for the threat is 'form.jotformeu.com'.
I don't really want to start using another form submission service so can you please advise how this can be resolved without each individual user having to add it as an exception into malwarebytes as the majority won't do this.

I installed the Malwarebytes and I was able to replicate this problem. The Malwarebytes is blocking form.jotformeu.com domain.
The best way to resolving this is if you could contact them and ask them to whitelist the domain and we'll do the same.
Since there is no other way from our side to resolve this because it is blocked by them.
We're very sorry for this inconvenience.
Please keep us posted.

I have the same problem! Jotform is unusable now, please solve this!

It is required to add the jotformeu.com domain to the whitelist in the Malwarebytes program. Since it is an offline program, the user needs to add them manually in the program. Please refer to the guide that can help you in unblocking websites.
Hope this information helps!

I understand, but our website visitors experience the same problems!

I have to agree with imadehq. It is unreasonable to expect all users of our website who also use malwarebytes to add this as an exception, most will not and will in fact be put off from using our site, incorrectly considering it to be a security threat.
I personally have submitted a request to malwarebytes to have this added to their whitelist but I don't expect they will respond unless they receive numerous requests. I am going to have to look for another form submission solution.

For anyone who wants to report it to Malwarebytes, here is the link I found

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have also sent a notice to Malwarebytes from our end to whitelist our domains. I'll also open a thread in the Malwarebytes forum to see if it can be removed from the false positives. We hope this issue will be resolved soon by Malwarebytes.

We got a response from Malwarebytes. This issue should be fixed now. Could you please make sure that your Malwarebytes application is up to date (current version is 3.0.6 at the time) and test if the forms are loading fine.
We'll appreciate the feedback.

I am sorry, this problem has fired up again. All of my client's review forms and data submission forms now trigger malwarebytes.
Can we get this sorted once and for all please? I realise that it is not directly your fault bit surely you can apply a little pressure to get white listed.
The whole purpose of my website, ja-world.com is client feedback. Malwarebytes has rendered it useless to those that have this software installed.
Getting this resolved is now a matter of urgency.
