JotForm Wishbox: Screenshot covers the form and unable to close it to save the changes and submit the form

    Guess the screenshot says it all. the screenshot is rendered in full size covering to submit form basically impossible to submit a form, because you can't see the button and the form fields are hidden.

    The same error happens in IE 11 and Chrome

    Also tried from my phone (Samsung S8) it appears to render better there, though the orange container box does not resize when i flip my phone from horizontal to vertical mode.

    I am able to replicate the issue at my end. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have the fix ready, we'll update you here.

    I really hope it is your frontend team that looks at that, seems to be a html / css issue :P

     

    How long time do you think it will take to fix it? I had kinda hoped to utilize the wishbox for a project i'm working on, but in the current state, I can't really use it for collecting feedback :/

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any turn around time when will this be fixed.  

    However, the issue is already assigned to one of our developers. The priority is set to "Important". Once an information is available, we will let you know via this thread.
