I am planning to start a music school in the US offering music lessons to kids. I want to go paperless by asking the parents and the employees to complete, sign, and initial all the forms including registration, payment approval, policies and procedures, and etc. Here are some of the questions I have:
- How safely will Jotform secure sensitive information such as credit card info, Social Security Number, etc.?
- I already created some forms, filled them out, and emailed to me. However, the received mail only shows the answers rather than the entire form. Some of my forms will include policies and procedures which I want the parents to keep for their future reference. Is there any way of sending a copy of the completed form?
Thanks!

Please be mindful that you can collect the forms only by using our Payment integrations: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm
And here is more information about JotForm Security explained by my colleague: https://www.jotform.com/answers/899503-How-secure-is-JotForm
Also, please check our Terms of Use from which I would point out this:

Regarding this, since the Text field (where you wrote your policies and procedures) is not including in the submission email automatically, you need to include (copy) it manually. And here is how:
