How can I prevent respondents from entering a duplicate street address?

We are using Jot Form to do Absentee Ballots.  I have been testing the form and it prevents duplicate IP and email addresses.  I would also like to prevent duplicate street addresses.  We want only one vote or submission per property address.  Can this be done?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to limit submissions based on the "Address" field. 

However, if you want we could forward this to our second level as  feature request, please let us know.
