Form Settings: Changing Form Title

    Hi guys,

    I created new form (Application - Book Binder) by copying it from the old form (Application - Photographer / Sales Executive). Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to change the page title when I open the new form in the new window - it still shows "Application - Photographer" (see below). Where do I change it?

    To change the Form Title on the browser tab, go to Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options > then change the Page Title.
