Email notifications of submited form has wrong name of submitter

    I have a rental application form. When a person fills out the form I get two emails. One from Geoffrey Gerrish and one from the correct person but with subject "test". Geoffrey Gerrish applied and used this form a few months ago. So I get two emails. Both have correct form in the body of the message, but one has the wrong name in the email and one has a wrong subject line. I need to get one email with correct name and subject line. See blue highlights in the image file.

    Thank you for reporting us.

    I checked notification e-mails for Geoffrey Gerrish and found out that both notifications are sent from Geoffrey Gerrish.

    I also checked the other one which is seen on your screenshot as Colleen Pace if I did not see it correctly. Please note that notification e-mails for Colleen Pace were sent from Colleen as you can see here.

    All in all, I assume you saw notification 2 for Colleen and notification 1 for Geoffrey in your mail box. Could you please check your spam folder for other notifications of these two users? You can most probably find them in your spam folder. Since, they all seen on our end as sent.  Please also mark them as not spam if they are there.
