Trying to record a testimonial with a cell phone

I want to collect video testimonials. When I do it from my iphone I get this. Is there a way around this? Most of my users will be using an iPhone.

Base on the error message on the screenshot you provided, it indicates that the file format was not supported. It was the reason it could not be uploaded. 

I did test your form on my mobile device and it work as it suppose to.

Take note that when using your phone camera device, to capture video, you have to choose the 'Camcorder' option.

Can you please share also to us the URL of your website where the form was used. We can test it on the website as well. Perhaps the issue only happens when using the embedded form.
