Remove labels from address in mail template

Hello all,

when I use the form element Address it includes the location, street address and so on in the mail 

For instance:

Location: test location
Street address: test address

I only want to display the following text in my mail: test location & test address without the sublabels in front of these strings.

Is there a possibility to achieve this or not?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to remove these sub-labels in the email body, as that's how they are identified by the system.
