Our integration between salesforce and JotForm will not connect.
The password, login, and security token are all correct, however it continues to tell me it is not. We often have issues with parts of the integrationPage URL:

I checked your form and integration with Salesforce and it looks like it is connected:
Did you resolve the issue in the meantime?

I was able to get it to connect, but the old previous leads are not loading in to salesforce.

What's the exact error that you get in the integration? It's most like due to your Security Token, either expired or blocked by Salesforce due to unknown connections.
As for the leads that are not being forwarded to Salesforce, you will have to access the submissions page, re-submit the submissions (Edit button).
