    Salesforce integration is broken and won't reconnect.

    Our integration between salesforce and JotForm will not connect. 

    The password, login, and security token are all correct, however it continues to tell me it is not. We often have issues with parts of the integration

    Hi Nik,
    I was able to get it to connect, but the old previous leads are not loading in to salesforce.
    Any ideas?

    What's the exact error that you get in the integration? It's most like due to your Security Token, either expired or blocked by Salesforce due to unknown connections. 

    As for the leads that are not being forwarded to Salesforce, you will have to access the submissions page, re-submit the submissions (Edit button).
